What browser should I use?
The system is optimised to run on Firefox 1+ or Internet Explorer 6+. Cookies must be enabled, the system will keep tabs of where you are - and is less likely to drop you out of the system should there be a communication problem.

What happens if the system crashes?
Despite all our efforts, problems with the Internet, web servers and client machines do happen occasionally. It is possible that in such a situation you will lose your connection, and possibly your questionnaire responses.

We're terribly sorry when this happens, and invite you to e-mail ukcoursefinder@morrisby.co.uk to (understandably) vent your spleen - but please don't expect miracles. In the worst case scenario you will have to do the questionnaire again.

What happens if the system continually crashes?
Let us know as soon as possible by e-mailing ukcoursefinder@morrisby.com. If you can let us have details of your machine, your browser, your network and connection we will strive to isolate the problem and find a fix.
